PARTICIPANTS WANTED FOR A CLINICAL RESEARCH STUDY
Are you interested in contributing to medical research? We are currently recruiting for a clinical study on:
Cervical Dysplasia (ASCUS/LSIL) caused by high-risk HPV
- Females ages 18–65
- Body Mass Index >/= 16
- Abnormal Pap (cervical cytology) or HPV (high-risk) diagnosis within the past 12 months
- Not pregnant or planning to get pregnant in the near future
- Not immunocompromised or taking immunosuppressants
- Normal liver functioning
- Has not received 1 or more doses of any HPV vaccine in the last six (6) months and won't until after the study
- Self-administration of a vaginal suppository using a provided applicator (similar to a tampon) fifteen (15) times over three weeks
- 6 months duration from start to finish with 4 in-person visits at Prince of Wales Hospital
- Pelvic and Cervical Examinations
- Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screening
- Blood and Urine Samples
- Pregnancy Testing
- 350 HKD per visit for up to four (4) visits
- Participation is voluntary
- You may withdraw at any time
- Your information will be kept confidential
